Thanks for checking in.

After spending the better part of the past year in Cambodia, teaching and volunteering, I’m moving onwards. First, Saigon and the Mekong Delta with treks back to Cambodia and into Laos, then a push upwards through Hanoi, across China into Korea and Japan. This trip has no timeline -- some stops will be for days, others for months, perhaps years. And Japan isn’t necessarily the end of the road, but it’s as far as I’ll allow myself to plan at this point.

This blog is as good place as any to see where I am and what I’m up to. Now that I’ve left Cambodia behind and moved back into the 20th Century (yes, 20th), expect better and more frequent updates. I’ll try to hold myself to that promise.

So, dig in, and I’ll see you... someday.

destination: everywhere

Okay, so the whole FTPing thing became such a hassle in Cambodia that I’ve gone the easy route and decided to use the iWeb and iPhoto software that came with my Mac. I’ll let you know what I think after using it for a bit, but for ease of use and integration with iPhoto, Aperture, etc., I’m impressed.
