2020 Employment Gap Explained

Not long after GreenZone Properties and Alchemy Kings went out of business I was hired by Sante Realty Investments in Tempe, AZ in their investor relations department. Unfortunately having been hired in March 2020, COVID-19 quickly took over and the company let me go citing economic uncertainty.

Over the summer I began casually working with a pair of developers. I assisted with designing a website aimed at educating future real

estate developers and raising capital for a residential land development project as well as an office building. In both cases my employment was deemed a consultative service under Peaceful Property Solutions

During this time I made the decision to pursue an MSRE degree. I began researching programs, studying for the GMAT, and putting together my applications.
